FNG-1 is my future son-in-law Adin S. I though for sure if I dragged my SIL out to a workout I could count on the PAX to give him a hard time, make numerous disparaging comments, and inundate him with intimidation, but no such luck. Everyone was NICE to him and treated him with kindness and respect. Thanks a lot!!! 

All kidding aside, was glad to have 11 of us take a neighborhood tour of MacAuley and Birkdale for a total of 5 miles….if you stayed on the Q’s route. However, some guys just have to run faster than a my snails pace, so they “got lost” on one of the 28 turns we made. Like that’s my problem they haven’t memorized the neighborhood maps. 

A little chilly out there but once we were moving we were fine. 

Prayers up for Bob Ross and his family as his mother passed away this past weekend. Also a praise for Ikea who will be getting married in October.
