This was the last chance for a long run so we went all in and did 21 miles. It was a long, painful run for YHC. Good thing it was not the race and only practice. Thanks to DH for pushing me those last 7 miles. I told you it was difficult. Also thanks to Jorel and Rocket setting the pace the first 7 miles. All in all a great day.
