Last week Cherry Bomb did murder bunnies, so I committed to no murder bunnies.  But I had Rooter and his healing knee, so the cardio was light.

we grabbed our blocks, met at the end line, and partnered up.  Partner 1 carried both blocks to the first meeting point, while Partner 2 ran to the next meeting point and back to the current meeting point.
