Nobody wanted to run, so we did a bunch of heavy stuff.

warmup consisted of:

  • 20x side straddle hop
  • 15x emperial storm trooper
  • 15x Dwight shroop 
  • 15x windmill
  • 15x mountain climbers 
  • 10x merkins

all in cadence.  Good work carpet bagger.

Soprano took over for first level block work.

  • 15x curls
  • 15x overhead presses
  • 15x skull crushers
  • 20x chest presses

all in cadence.

then Rodeo took over.  He saw 12 parking spots in a row, so we did some build ups that in went from 1 – 12 

  • full curls, Zamporini back
  • right hand lawn mowers, zamporini back
  • left hand lawn mowers, zamporini back
  • 10x manmakers in cadence
  • 10x block twists in cadence

back to carpet bagger…

  • 10x pull ups
  • 10x skull crushers in cadence 
  • 10x pull downs in cadence
