4 emerged from the gloom, glad to see friends and looking for new ways to improve. Well, we found 12 ways to improve as we went through THE 12 Days of Christmas. Not that this 12 days version was really any more spectacular than others, but it's December, a week before Christmas, and it almost seems required to do THE 12 Days of Christmas.

Reflection: Luke 2: 8-12
8 And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. 10 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. 12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”
* yes, this is the Charlie Brown Christmas show scripture
* Anvil even admitted he couldn't help but think about Linus : )
* I was thinking recently about how fearless most shephards had to be, driving away wild animals from their flocks…that they were terrified at such a grand display of the glory of the Lord…must've been pretty amazing.
* Be sure to share the joy of the Christmas story to your friends, your family, and even yourself.
moleskine:
* Skyler did a great job and seemed to enjoy the workout. Looking forward to working out with him more in the future.
* Anvil was super excited to bring back some of his heavy toys for upcoming workouts. Oh dear…
* Tuner covered 57+ miles last weekend in 12 hrs. BEAST! And here he is, kicking out THE 12 Days like it's no big deal. Another big run planned in January. Good luck Sir!
* btw – NO SVU WORKOUT NEXT SATURDAY (Christmas morning)
* btw2 – we are planning a 1/1/22 workout at Rescue Park. 1122 step ups or other stuff for those who prefer a more standard workout. Details/pre-blast coming soon.
* Travel safely. Be blessed. Celebrate Christmas. : )
