1.  As per usual, Uncle Rico and Gambini CRUSHED this workout
2. The rest of us muscled through it- all completed it and all were a little bit better for doing so.
3.  Hasslehoff didn’t bother to post.  I guess he went to Wilderness.  No offense taken.
4.  Nine Lives told us about Slaughter’s recent rant on the softening of F3 Nation.  We all held our heads low in shame.  We’ll do better.  We’ll do better!
