The Thang: 

Combo Day at the beach

  • 2 Way Row
  • Squat Fly
  • Curl, Reverse Press
  • Underhanded Cross Body Curl, Row
  • 1,1,2 Tricep Kickbacks
  • Hammer Pushout
  • Bench Skull
  • Fly Bench
  • Overhead Pull Crunch
  • WWII + Jab

Moleskin:

  • 800 reps in the books today according to Schwinn.  At least 2 exercises in each:  (10 x 20 x 2 sets x 2 exercises).  Strong work men!!
  • Slow Roll and Pinky- kudos for the pre-workout 5k.
  • 911 had the clap, until he put gloves on, then it went away.
  • Apparently so cool changes have been made at the Great Wolf Lodge.  Slow played hooky and took the kids there.  Now there is a reastaurant and a bar in the water park.  Slow Roll went down the tornado many times,  Charlie loved the wave pool.  Some kid left a deuce in the wave pool so it got shut down.  Must have seen a big wave coming.
  • Run flats don’t work well when hitting a pot hole!
  • It was an honor men!
