10 Pax hit it hard at the Sword trying to avoid the pain of the Murph, not entirely sure they were succesful.
Grab to hand sized rocks, unless you are Carpet Bagger who grabbed giant ones. He had a knee cart to help move them around.

Great work out by all and as usual the mumble chatter was strong. Not exactly the Murph but strong none the less.
