Circuit 4 – 4 rounds (back in front of the church)
  • 5 Derkins IC
  • 10 step ups OYO
  • 15 shoulder presses IC

  • Low flutter 30X IC
  • The W 15X IC
  • The Pretzel 10X IC (each side)
  • 45 second plank
