The Best 30 Minute Workout Ever


Welcome to FNG – James, who learned of F3 from the internet and decided to give it a try.  Hope he comes back for more!

The Pax gathered around at 0530, but no Toxic was to be seen.  11 had been there since 0510, the old start time, but thanks to Roadie, the start time had been updated to 0530 on this site and Toxic did send out a pb with the 0530 start time, but it is all good and glad that 11 stuck around to see if anyone would show. 

Speaking of show, Toxic, the Q, didn't.  *wondering*  We were concerned with his safety and well being, so of into The Wilderness to find him we went.  

Warm a Rama – Circled around the Whoville Tree for some arm circles, forward fold, then all 10x IC Windmill, Dwight Shruts, IST, Toy Sailors, and just for Crocs, 10x burpees OYO.  

The Thang

Mosey down toward the Toxic Casa, stopped along the way from some Mountain Climbers and Air Squats. 

Got to the Casa de Toxic, and no lights or movement from within, so… 

Face north for some 10x IC Northern Monkey Humpers and Peter Pounders.  *harambe* *aw-yeah*

Turned to face south for 10x IC Forward Lunges.  YHC kind of felt like we were genuflecting toward his house, so maybe not do that next time. 

Mosey down to Case de TopGun for a little Navy PRT action. *merica*

2 minutes of AMRAP Merkins and 2 min of AMRAP WW2 situps.  72 merkins is max points, Ultraman did 90!  100x situps will get you max points, but tough to do in 2 min.  

Mosey down to Casa de Ultraman. 

Toxic *zombie* decided to finally join us.  Apparantly alarm clocks don't work if you don't set them.  Who knew?  But just in time for 10x Parker Peters then back up to YHC house for round two of 10x IC Monkey Humpers.  

Quadrafilia up to in between the two Cotters Storm Chaser and Ruffles house for 10x SSH and a little mobility moment.  

Mosey and karaoke back up to the Parkway, at this point, someone mentioned we should go back down to Ruffles house.  Request denied. *talktothehand*

And mosey on back to the clubhouse WhoVille tree for 

Diversity and Inclusion Q Training – We went around the circle, each pax gets to call an excercise of their choice, the only one condiction is they must call cadence.  

Pinkman – outstanding job calling cadence for LBCs

Honeysuckle Blue – nice job as well!

Blackbeard – totally stole Toxics thunder with Dot the I's 

Toxic – hit us with the side to side Merkin, almost all your weight on one arm, tough!

Ultraman – hit us wth the elbow plank in cadence.  YHC didn't know that was possible, but it is!

Crocs – curb kickers

Amen – J Lo, did not see that coming

11 – comes out with 10x Burpees, always a crowd pleaser!  

FNG James – first workout, but does an excellent job of calling cadence for his first time out! 

Jorel – called for the Rosalita and then starts out with a 6 inches off the ground Low Dolly, similar, but different

Stapler – hits us with the decptably painful Morrocan Night Club for a 50x IC, feel the burn!

Toxic claims that was the best 30 minute workout he's ever had.  You are welcome.  Buy he's signing up for The Wilderness next week, and he says he has something really "special" planned. 

Good to have FNG James out.  Said he had heard about it from a few Cotters and the internet, and wanted to give it a try.  Just goes to show, for some, it doesn't take constant HCing to get them to come out. 

Come on out to The Cauldren tomorrow, good chance of FNG James making a second show for a naming.  Ultraman already has something in mind for a name that is sure to please, and The Force has the Q.
