2 met to tackle the stairs: rucks on (Blackberry & Red October) while 4 took off for a little warm-up jog (Omar, Mayhem, Tweetsie, & YHC).

The gloom was especially inviting like fog rising out of a beaker in the lab as the PAX assembled for a little cardio surprise.

  • Round one:
    • Partner one: Run up the parking ramps to the stairs at the top.  Then down the stairs and back up to find partner two.
    • Partner two: Broadjump Burpee up the ramps until relieved by partner one 
      • Flapjack repeato until both have finished the full length of the parking deck.
  • Round two: same same except switch the moving exercise to lunge walks (Blackberry committed mutiny and when for the Bearcrawl)
  • Round three: Bear crawl
  • Round four: Crabwalk

We politely encourged the Camp Gladiator clients as we passed.
