The Bone Mill Shows Up At Fallout

There was little to no stretching as advertised between 0525 and 0530. In fact, 3 of the PAX were still rucking the standard when YHC kicked off the party/recess session. All in all, 9 men faced the Bone Mill and lived to tell about it. This is their story.

WARMORAMA:

  • Victory lap + Disclaimer to pick up the 3 Ruckers
  • Grab blocks and circle up at the bottom of the lot
  • Step away from the blocks
  • 25 SSH IC
  • 20 IST IC
  • 15 LS IC
  • 10 WM IC
  • Shoulder Stretches

THANG:

  • Each man in the circle gets and alternating (supposedly) exercise between upper and lower body exercises (Deadlifts, Curls, Goblet Squats (not goblin because… well…), Skull Crushers, Thrusters, Chest Press, Left Weighted Lunge, Right Weighted Lunge, Muricans.
  • The last man farmer carries two blocks 100 m
  • Upon last man’s return, the PAX rotate
  • 2. 5 Rounds with intermittent, increasing distance victory laps
  • Overhead carry blocks back to a safe place (for the blocks) 
  • Circle up – lower body stretces
  • One, crisp, clean burpee

MOLESKIN:

  • The mumble-chatter was strong this morning, but not as strong as this classic WIB
  • 9Lives – this was indeed a lazy in effort Q, but heavy on the planning… obviously since everyone knew what to do at all times
  • Tantrum aka Fairy Killer – Glad you enjoyed the workout
