The Thang:

Q had in mind of doing a great brick workout but pax found out upon searching for our bricks that they were missing!  So….Audible!

  • Grip has trendy new fashion for F3 workouts, almost got pic to post
  • Pinky came in showing off his after shot, actually, Grip also with his workout attire
  • 911 is new man.  Great off the block, dusting pax in sprints
  • Swamp Thing and Pinky owned the sprints, "carried the mail", after being challenged by 911
  • Anyone seen that new movie Constipation?  Some said it impacted them, others said it hadn't come out yet!
