This workout got cut, and from a 4×4, it became a 4×2, more on that later. Now, Contra and Crack ran and Comet and Hurdle rucked for #thestandard. Mailman ran instead of bootcamp, and that was probably a good idea. A late day Slack post highlighted a 'designated' cry area. That area was ostensilby not used today. If you are wondering what DID occur today, read on:
Warm Ups (IC)- SDS 10, SSH 20, IST 15, CP's (now called Through the Hole-per Chief) 10, Windmills 10, Peter Parkers 10, Parker Peters 10, Scorpions 10, Mericans 5. Mozy to WALL. 10-2, 2-10. Ten burpees on top of the wall, 2 squats on the bottom. Rachet 2 down and 2 up, respectively, until you get to 2 burpees on top, and 10 squats down below. Plank to gather. Mozy to next parking lot:
COP- Stretching, center, right, left, Sitouts 12 IC, Foot (bottom of) slappers 12 IC, mozy to Germaine Racing.
4×2- Four sets of 2 exercises, until exhaustion. Partner up. One partner does Incline Mericans until exhaustion, then switches with partner, who is doing iron chair. Do four sets. Next set is declines. There was SUPPOSED to be dips and Peter Parkers on the wall, but it was 6:09 at the end of set 2! Therefore, we mozy to the AO for….
Mary IC- Crossover crunch 10 R/L, Low Flutter 30, LBC's 20. Recover, recover.
Moleskine:
-War Daddy was Lear, War Baby was Hurdle.
-The effort of the PAX was exceptional! The REASON we only did a 4×2 was because this gathering of men repped so hard and long, that they didn't have a chance to GET TO the last two sets……'pressive.
-These 13 men, clearly some of the second best looking men in F3RCUSA were lively with their mumblechatter, comments, and even letting the Q know where he was going wrong!!
-Burpees continue to be loved by some, hated by others…..quite a dichotomy!
-Kudos to those hitting #thestandard (Crack, Contra, Comet, Hurdle) then hitting the beatdown, solid work Men!
-Great school choice conversation ensued during Coffeeteria, London shouted coffee for the crowd. Thanks LONDON!!
-Thanks for a chance to lead, Mr. Finger Lickin' Good!
