Backward stepping lunges X 10 (5 each leg)

  1. Small pax but we got after it today
  2. Nothing I lead has been or ever will be referred to as *ichigan anything. EVER.
  3. First patient at the office today went to USC (real one in southern California) for grad school, he also refers to it appropriately as the University for Spoiled Children. We got along just fine
  4. Congrats to the CTK boys and girls basketball teams on their wins in the state playoffs. Survive and advance!
  5. Hope to see a few more pax going forward – need Gnarly Goat and Omega in particular to post at CTK during Lent. Thanks for the support from Stromboli this morning!
