The Thang
Mosey to back, max pullups. Grab Michelle and head up to the front grassy knoll. This was the burning bush inspiration- amazing fall colors this week up at the maples there in the lot. Still some leaves left.
Strudel and I dragged Michelle to other end of lot, 5 burpees, dragged it back and then 5 more burpees. 20 WWIs. Mosey to AO entrance, quadrafelia up LBH, mosey back down, sprint up big hill to knoll.
Repeato. 4 rounds. On last round Major Private joined us after he finished up the Murph- on a Saturday!
3 of us drug Michelle back to AO and put it in the back playground.
Mosey to front entrance. Out of time.
Reflection: Exodus 3: 1-6
Moses and the Burning Bush. Thought of this looking at all the great leaf color this week. The reflection I read talked about the fire = passion and energy of our faith. And the unwavering faith Moses had when he saw such a bizarre sight in the wilderness.
