Cartoon pictures did the trick to illustrate various stretch and yoga poses. Boy were those cartoons flexible.
Alot of mumble chatter this morning, most of which cannot be repeated here as the pax were a little colorful this morning. TWSS was used frequently.
Prayers up for The Forces friend after going through emergency surgery. Prayers up for everyone else that has a loved one or knows someone that needs lifting up.
