Moleskin

  • Cudos to Slow Roll and Pinky for getting a pre workout 5k run in, and pushing El Tigre along…Enjoyed the fellowship fellas
  • Some pax strategizing about the upcoming Tri, 911 getting in some biking miles, Slow ready for the swim
  • Grip and Slow exchange pleasantries upon seeing each other after Slow's trip to Siesta Key.  Grip is focused.
  • College campuses are way different than they used to be!  Katie Lamkin is getting excited about Auburn.
  • Talked about scholarships, college debt, and loan forgiveness
  • 5 sets of 20 reps equals 100 reps of each exercise…thus Century Workout.  700 reps bro!
  • Q threw in a bonus 20 reps with some hammer curls at the end…total reps 720, strong work men!
