The Thang
?Start in the parking lot and perform 16-Squats OYO and then run around the island and hit the pullup bars where we did 10- pullups OYO. Bearcrawl to the bleachers and do 16-dips OYO and then run to the flag. At the flag we did 16-Burpees OYO and then head to the entrance of the park and perform 16-WWII OYO. Return to the starting point and repeat the cycle dropping 4 reps each round until zero. Pullups were the only exercise that we did 10 each round.

All Pax had the chance to call an exercise for Mary, but we started before all Pax were finished with the circuit.

It's been a month since I last posted at The General with vacations and work functions, so thanks to all those who stepped up and took the Q over the last month. It was great seeing some old and new faces today…..we continue to grow.
