Moleskine:

  • ??No warmup and we jumped right in.  The run destination was a on-the-fly decision, but Oktoberfest knowns how to pick them.
  • Learned about what to and what not to put on an expense report.  Lunch ok, dinner ok, entertainment ok, $800 of golf games… maybe.
  • The best way to handle a high gravity situation is by creating a base coat of protection.
  • Great job today.  It was one of our better workouts!
