Warmup  

Started on The Green with 15 SSHs, 15 IWs, 15 MCs then some stretching, quickly moving into 10 Boxjumps, 10 Incline Merkins, 10 Dips, 10 Decline Merkins. Repeato x 3

The Thang

Mosey to Church for Sandbags and Blocks. Extra Credit was given to all who doubled up. Mosey to School where PAX were introduced to "The Circus". PAX were divided into 2 groups and ran clockwise and counterwise around the school as they enjoyed the Circus, which included 5- Big Top Burpees, Dancing Bear Crawl, 10- Acrobat Pullups, 20- Monkey Humpers, 30- Clown Curls with blocks, 40- Gorilla Squats with sandbags and 50- Strongman Crunches. Repeato x 3. Mosey back to Church with bags/blocks followed by Indian Run to The Green
