My hope is this is the final VC and we can re-open 5/15 with proper distancing and group size less than 10. The plan for the day is:

The workout
Increasing Squat/Curl combo with KB from 1 to 10 (the curls are done at the low part of the squat, and on the corresponding curl – I.e. the bottom of the 2nd Squat you do 2 curls, bottom of 3rd, 3 curls up to 10/10…)
Increasing Squat/Overhead Press combo with KB from 1 to 10 (same direction as above but with press)
Increasing Squat/Row combo with KB from 1 to 10 (same direction as above but with Rows)
Increasing Squat/Front Press with KB from 1 to 10 (same directions as above but with Front Press)
Increasing Squat/Round the World with KB from 1 to 10 (same directions as above but with Round the World)
If time remains do 100 KB Swings
