Well, I started off by saying there wouldn't be much running, then had everyone take a lap.  I was promptly chastised.  Cobains.

We had a good amount of mumble chatter, most prominently by HatTrick, who disagreed with my placement of the 8 count burners in the sequence.  Apparently the efficiency of movement is a priority.  Who knew?  I did relent for the last 2 rounds though.  Strict, but fair I guess…

Props to Macbeth for getting in the extra reps.

Great coffeteria afterwards.  Spitfire mistakenly took some other dude's coffee.  When he went to apologize, the guy asked him if he'd like to taste his girlfriend's as well.  We'll just leave that one alone…
