The courage to stop

https://www.bible.com/reading-plans/14992-six-steps-to-your-best-leadership/day/2

In summary, Sampson was a great leader, but he made some bad choices, including traveling a long way just to see a prostitute. He had to travel 25 miles, over 56k steps per his Garmin Spacewatch. Each step was another bad choice. Have the courage to stop whatever wrong may be in your life.

Moleskin

  • Mater loves Green Sally.
  • Q’s speaker died before the music started, but this is NOT the day the music died, luckily the iPhone speaker was just loud enough.
  • Aside from Green Sally everyone really enjoyed the ¼ mile hill repeats up an 80-90 ft hill ~7% grade
  • Saw lots of good efforts, including Squirrel who just about had his face feet the pavement on the downhill, but managed to recover without falling… may have a slight strain through. Ice up son.
  • Finkle with impressive hill runs. For someone that doesn’t like uphill, he downshifted and muscled up the hill.
