So the Dandy is not as hard as the Murph, but it is as legendary as the Murph.

YHC kinda of got started thinking Dandy would pull in at anytime and I waited eagerly for him right up until 6:20. In honor of him the workout kinda went like this.

Name-o-rama to come up with Bullwinkle for Pete to find out there is some other PAX who thinks they are already named Bullwinkle. Pete is Bullwinkle_DEN.

There wasn’t a whole lot of whining going on for some reason. 

Strudel thinks you should spit on it. Not going to go there. 

YHC may have decided to do the easiest version of the Dandy without the hanging toe touches and the incline merkins, but I think even Dandy would have made that choice with the number of PAX today. 

What a great group of guys today, but I feel like we were missing an extra special PAX member today.
