F3 Isotope and F3 Nation have partnered with Above & Beyond to bring you #CSAUP+. The ? (Delta) Challenge. The + is the ?. This isn’t an algebra problem or is it? The ? implies change in. To be #HIM change is required. Change in one’s self, their local area, then in their global community. This could be known as the #F3trinity. Above and Beyond is the jet fuel for one’s journey to fulfilling this trinity. This is a local down painment for down range IMPACT!
On September 24, 2016, at Grace Covenant Church, Huntersville, NC, men and women in our communities will take the #redpill and participate in The Delta. This competition is with an individual or a team. We prefer a team of 4. Think of…American Gladiator, Ninja Warrior, GORUCK and Spartan. It’s nothing like, but exactly like those events. It’s #CSAUP+. This event is for F3, FIA, Crossfit, and Endurance Athletes. All 3 Fs will be represented. This #CSAUP+ is about rucks (weight is up to you, but it does matter), team based challenges, moving heavy “things,” and competition against other teams. Just as in an F3 workout, there will be a #varsity heat and a participant’s division. Don’t be fooled this is a challenge! Can we finally see a competition amongst the regions?
Above and Beyond presents this event through its fundraising arm called GoBeyond. There are two ways to build into this local organization. First you can sign up for #CSAUP+. Second, you can, but not required to help raise money for both Above & Beyond with a portion of money raised going to the mission of F3. All it involves is asking people to sponsor you and/or your team during this event. It’s about #IM3.
Families are welcome! There will be live music, children’s activities with adult supervision, food and fun! If you are going to be bringing 2.0s, we will register them on a date closer to the event.
