6 welcomed Fall weather again at the Fun Run.
5 met in the gloom to do various stretches and offer advice to the Q on the route.
We take off at 0530 up Big Momma Hill. Turn Right towards the fountain and a car passes us and taps the brake lights after passing. Hmmm. Could that be a late PAX? Circle back to the AO. Blart stands at the entrance of the AO. 6 strong now, we re-do Big Mamma hill and take off towards Governors Island. We do the Double B Hill Route, Baypointe and then Bradford. Finishing out in East Covington back to the AO. Things escalated quickly in the last mile stretch back to the AO.
– Great to have Blart join us, see you next week. Have you heard of the Denver Running Club?
– Dandelion loves hills. When he is done with them.
– Vortex is not taking the vest replacement seriously enough. Motivation was low again amongst the PAX as several lights are on the fritz.
– Cheetah got off the road to have some fun with us. Always good to see him back in the fold.
– Abrams is Abrams. Offering us a rabbit to follow the whole time.
– Speaking of rabbits, we offered prayers up to the rabbit that Vortex annihilated in his car on the way over. He just left it to rot on the road, and I think I saw him spit at it when we ran passed it. Vicious.
