Headed out down Webbs to Eastwind Cove, Captain Doug's hill, and then down Tree Farm Rd. for some hillwork (Sorry TL)
Blazed it back to the fountain and then back to the AO.
– Theuss grabs a PR on Camino; then continues to beast it on Mile 2. Dude is starting to really feel it.
– I promised TL no "behind the Fire Department" work since it's a bit more hilly. Technically we didn't run in the parking lot behind the FD.
– Vortex continues to wear his half-functional vest. It's really starting to affect the team's morale and I'll be having a talk with him.
– Blart successfully makes it to 2 workouts in a row on time. Too bad he slept in on Wednesday.
– Apparently Cheetah has started to be a test subject for edible biomass pellets. The good news is that the trees have thinned out a bit in the park now that half are dead. Need to figure out how to harnass that energy.
– YHC is already at 27 miles this week; legs are heavy. Looking forward to tomm's F3! I hear they meet during the week too!
