The EMIMIMMAM Challege – Week 4


Week 4 of the EMIMIMMAM Challenge is complete.  Hopefully there are some make-up or remote Murphs to report in addition to Dr Dolittle.  We’re coming down to it, 80% done now.  One week to go.  The finish line is in site

Typical Monday in May:

  • 1 mile run
  • 100 pull ups
  • 200 push ups
  • 300 squats
  • 1 mile run

Reflection:  School is winding down, let’s keep all of our kids in our prayers as they break for the summer and find ways to have fun in a safe and productive manner.
