17 men gathered in the bright sun with humidity approaching triple digits this morning to honor those who served in our armed forces and lost their lives protecting our freedom by performing The Murph. It was week 5 of the EMIMIMMAM challenge and there were 7 PAX who had the opportunity for completing the challenge. FNG 1 is SWFL's dog Caesar. It went like this;
- Run 1 mile
- 20 sets timed at 1m 15s with 5 pullups, 10 merkins & 15 squats (100/200/300 total)
- Run 1 mile

- Congrats to Clark, Crabby, Dr Dolittle & Shake Weight for completing the challenge. We'll add Thrift Shop & Doc Swayze if they complete today
- There was much discussion about dizziness, head rushes, splashing merlot heat and humidity. That may have been the slowest Murph of the month.
- Glad to have Tommy Lee and Mulligan join us
- Iron Horse & Clark had the vests on…..strong (and a little nuts)
- Running that loop at the RSP brings satellite tracking of runs into question – we all started in the same spot and finished in different ones
- "what round is this" followed by "are you sure" were the two most popular questions today
- YHC will be signing up to Q every Monday in May 2023 for the 3rd Annual EMIMIMMAM Challenge!
Pleasure to lead. Namaste, Bertha
