7 fine men (well, 6 and a fine young man, Guy Smiley) of Isotope took on some block work and some cardio in the form of another evolution of Jolly ball. Here is their story:
0500: A few men went out for a RR10k
some came back
0600: a few more men went out for a excelsior run, all came back. 2 preferred the ruck option, all finsihed with COT together.
0700: Block work, curls, overhead presses, jogging in circles, etc.
0730: Jolly ball, if you haven't played, you should. A new game everytime, but this was a messy rugby style event. Fun for all.
Thanks to the men for coming out to work on Saturday, and thanks to Black Eyed Pea for introducing me to F3. It has be an honor to lead, follow and at times get out of the way, have a great week men and don't forget there is somebody praying for what we have, don't be afraid to share!
