Partner A Does block work, while Partner B goes to pull-ups and back, then flip-flop
Round 1 – 20 Curls then 20 Squat Thrusters then PLANK – 10 Standard Pull-ups
Round 2 – 20 skull crushers then 20 dead lifts (2 blocks) then PLANK – 10 chin-ups
Round 3 – 10 burpees then 40 calf raises on block then PLANK – 10 Close Grip Pull-ups
Repeato – Repeato with 1/2 reps – Return blocks
