12 pax and a pooch took off in the gloom for the first official official Bang even though we have been doing this for over a year. One FNG to be Named once he finishes.
What We Do:
4 miles (Bangs) of running at all paces with 4 stops (Bangs) along the way for the six to catch up. No pain stations just a fellowship run. Easy like Friday Morning. Still not sure if the mile is the Bang or the Stop is the Bang. TBD next week
How It Goes:
Crab Legs is our DJ for the run although we dont get to hear much because he is just to damn fast. We pick it up on our Bangs (rests). So today it was some 90s Mix. Marky Mark, House of Pain, Bare Naked Ladies, and Pearl Jam to name a few.
Swanson and Jingle Bells keep up the conversation the whole time. New Naming in the works, Chit and Chat
