As some are aware, I set an aggressive goal of at least 30 Q in 2017 – this may seem like a lot, but I am trying to cure my lazziness by being accountable to others.  So as it stands now, I have 22 of 30 Q's in the books.  The "Why Not Q" tour sounded like a good idea last month when I decided to knock out 6 Q's this week.  Well like all great rock bands, comedians, not all tour stops get sold out!  However, the two PAX that showed – LaBon and Scud – demonstrated a strong work ethic in the face of many many Burpees – hats off to them!!

I am not big into recruiting PAX for workouts, as others are.  I do believe that people attend the different AO's searching for a tough, but fair workout that pushes, but does not break them, and can be accomplished no matter the current fitness level – no man left behind.  So, it was my responsibility not to dissapoint the PAX that showed.  So, I did a repeato of this past Saturday's workout – with slight modification:

LFC parking lot is perfect for 4-corners – and it is about .25 miles per complete lap. 

LAP 1 – We started at corner 1 and executed 10 Burpees OYO – then proceed as a group to corner 2, 10 Burpees OYO, corner 3 and 4 10 Burpees OYO and return to start! (40 Burpees total)

LAP 2 – repeato at each corner 5 Burpees OYO + 20 LBC IC (20 Burpees + 160 LBCs)

LAP 3 – repeato, at each corner 5 Burpees OYO + 15 LBCs OYO + 20 Squats IC (20 Burpees + 60 LBCs + 160 Squats)

LAP 4 – repeato, at each corner 5 Burpees + 15 LBCs + 15 Squats + 10 CDDs IC (note modified to 5 CDDs IC) (20 Burpees + 60 LBCs + 60 Squats + 50 CDDs)

Mosey back to start – Recover, Recover

TOTAL REPS = 650

Burpees = 100

LBCs = 280

Squats = 220

CDDs = 50
