Gather at ye ole Davidson Stadium:

The Thang:

  • warmup lap
  • run each section of stadium steps, 15 merkins (IC)
  • grab your kettle bell
  • walk around the track doing curls, skull crushers, over head presses, stopped for squats at 300 yd mark
  • last 100 yards (okay 50), 8-ct burner, take a step, rinse and repeat
  • ran the stadium steps one more time
  • circled up for mary (each had one call, LandLine abused his and we ran over)
