19 men decided to start the weekend off right and make themselves better in order to make those around them better.  The mumble chatter was alive and well especially after I disclosed that Shoe taught me everything on how to Q and hold a nice cadence.  The mumble chatter crechendowed after some running and the reality of the pain associated with the workout set in.  BS was called on a few cadence hiccups but the disclaimer was reiterated and more pain was delivered to squash the rebellion. Note: No tea bags were hurt during the evolution of the this workout.  Thank you for the opporunity to lead.  Nice work Gentlemen.
