20x step ups is counter, other stations: alternating shoulder with pole, pullups and toe touches. After full rotation run to top of big hill with block- rotate who carries block.
Top of big hill: counter is colt 45s, other stations are monkey humpers and hand release mericans.

-Dandelion is pushed to consider opening Weedman U to mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs. Much discussion on the curriculum and student life.
-Strudel had to take a slight break but was back in no time to pick up the pain stations. Also recommended a branding idea for Weedman U and a new mascot.
