  • According to Wikipedia, 99 (ninety-nine) is the natural number following 98 and preceding 100

  • 99 is also the only number retired across the NHL, because it was worn by the greatest hockey player of all time, Wayne Gretzky.

  • Q was running late from being up late watching One Shining Moment

  • Donte is the MOP. Does not look like much like a WOP

  • Lunges are evil. 66 of them are prime evil

  • Q focused on all the counting today (and timing) so not a lotta mumblechatter offered up

  • Counting was really challenging today with all of this big numbers

  • There was the one about a blond ordering food at a library…

  • Welcome Wes Bishop to the MIL F3 crew. Wes found out about us not from the MIL F3 promotional flyer, not from the current structured outreach program and not by word of mouth. Instead, he found himself fortunate enough to be seated next to the Saturday post-workout breakfast crew at Shuffletown Grill (Oktoberfest, El Tigre and Natty Lite). He was hooked when he learned that Oktoberfest was demonstrating the “after F3” look as opposed to the “before” look when he was on the reality show My 600 pound life. That was really too much weight for a many of his stature to carry.  Wes has a wife and two cute young daughters who really like Easter. Welcome aboard Wes!

  • We also had Twister (Dustin Chase) come out this morning. Twister learned of us from Mojito thru another the Mightly Jungle F3 locale in Huntersville and lives in Riverbend.  Twister gave us another chance after the pre-blast location included on one of our workouts was incorrect (they shall remain nameless, but it rhymes with Shatty).  Twister just started a job in audit with Wells Fargo yesterday, and he liked it so much that he came back for Day 2. String enough days together and sooner or later you have what you call a career. Welcome Twister

  • May have been an intense one with it falling during spring break with some new recruities in tow, but 'twas a solid effort put forth by all

  • Great work men!
