5 men gathered to get their stretch on. It was the first time in about 6 months YHC Q'd an BBBroga workout. The temperature was above 50, the pollen filled the air, our clothing covered with a yellow/green tint and the zen protected our sinuses from swelling. We got a quick walk in, YHC forgetting that was how we started the outdoor workouts. Then rollout the mats and get stretching. Time was monitored, factoring in 7 minutes less to stretch. It's always a little more challenging to do the quad stretch in an uneven parking lot without a wall to prop us up, nonetheless, we figured it out, got a lot of hamstring stretching in, then down to the mats for everyone's favorite child's pose, modified cobra, cat/cow, modified corpse. There was plenty of great MC as usual as well. The filters come off when we're outside The LOD….and Clark was with us. Pleasure to lead. Namaste, Bertha.
