The Hills are Alive

We ran all the cul-de-sacs on the northwest side of the Wynfield Forest neighborhood. Most got somewhere around 4.2 miles with lots of hill work.

We started with 10 PAX and finished with 12 PAX. Late arrivals are always welcome I just can’t guarantee you will be able to find us before COT.

I had no idea so many PAX live or have lived on that side of the neighborhood but learned about all of them thanks to our tour guide, Ultraman.

I learned from Enron to never try and sleep with the Nascar driver who holds(held) the most second-place finishes or he may try and kill you. Always nice to know tips on how to stay alive.

Upon arriving at the AO I found a group of guys all watching Toxic hold his shaft. They called it “strength training” …..

Thanks for the constant push to get out of bed in the gloom and push others to get better. I am truly grateful for F3 and am surely a better person because of it.

See you somewhere soon in the gloom.
