The Horseshoe exercises today – 20 reps each

Mosey back to launch with Pledge of Allegiance on the way at the firehouse
Naked Man Moleskin:
1) Full Moon made a rare appearance at a Boot Camp, by all accounts he half-assed the exercises and then ran more to avoid COT. Some might call him a Diva.
2) Gladiator resorted to begging people by name in the pre-blast to attend their workout. Sad really. But when you have pax choosing between that and THE Horseshoe at the finest AO in all of Cornelius, I understand the grovelling for attendance.
3) Fast guys in abundance today – Omega and Tagless for sure did curls at every lap, Riverboat and Hollywood did most laps if not all – Hollywood did curls even when 5th back. Strong work!
4) Miscount by me on the F3 Counts – again due to Full Moon running further as opposed to joining us for COT – we prayed for him. But not the Crimson Tide.
5) Some might think reading this we are picking on Full Moon – nothing further from the truth. He is the man. But his Fantasy football team did edge out my Fantasy Team on the arm of my own team's QB Baker Mayfield. Noted in the interest of full disclosure.
6) 1 month to the Bourbon Chase – Thanks to the many teammates who came out to the workout today.
