Four hard-chargers battled the elements on a rainy/misty/fission-y morning.  Final score was hard-chargers 1, elements 0.

We headed down to Mt. Zion for the "old hub and spoke" workout.  It turns out our hub has better acoustics than the Sydney Opera House.  We accomplished all manner of pain stations on the MZM campus:

We ran a lap,

We ran to GG's family cemetery plot to see grandma, grandpa and dad.

We ran to the steps and did Martin Luther King crawl bears.

We ran to touch the rectory.

We ran to touch the scout hut.

We ran to touch the cross.

We ran to the BBQ pit for some tossin' o' the caber.

We had a Methodist Mobility Moment.

We ran back.

Fin

Waffle hopes for a coffee-only workout of 2 were dashed.
