The Inaugural Rocket Rotator KB workout at the Cauldron


8 brave souls hit hard at the Cauldron.

Warm o Rama – 40 bench vaults, arm circles, SSH

Mosey to the bus parking lot where 17 pain stations were identified. 

Each pax started at a different station and 1 pax was the timer.

The timer did a farmers carry of 2 bells for about 1 minute while the other pax performed the excercise at the station they were at.  After the farmers carry pax returned everyone "rotated" to the next station this continued on for about 20 stations worht of pain. 

All the while jamming to Motley Crue's greatest hits.

Mosied back to the parking lot and finished with flutter kicks.
