Whoa!  Where to start?! Let’s start with the #PB for Java when YHC discovered Duvall had hijacked the workout!  He called a convergence for a workout he wasn’t Qing.  Yeah, he did that. He bullied his way in and he didn’t back down! Guess that’s how those financial gurus get it done.  Well, whatever works!    

We joined Pax and then they divided themselves up based on their own needs, wants and desires. Watch out for those desires- they’re liable to lead to trouble.  But not today.  This wasn’t the forum for that.  

Best guess is the Caboose crew “ran” up the greenway to Westmoreland Road, hitchhiked their way back to Starbucks and waited for the Java crew to finish up.  No pain stations and little running. So we’re told. 

Java also ran to Westmoreland, stopping 3 times on the way for exercises which THE Hall Monitor did not like!  And he let us know.  He’s not shy.  We mixed in Legs, Chest and Abs at each stop, with 1 or 2 repeats in there somewhere.

As per usual, Don Ho, Cherry Bomb and Einstein led the way. Omega let them win.  Or so he’ll tell you.  

We took a 180 degree turn at Westmoreland and made our way back to COT.

Prayers were lifted for F3Cardinal from Knoxville whom F3 Nation lost yesterday while on his first Q.  Many wore red in his honor and we sent our condolences to F3 Knoxville.
