Broad Jump 10 yards, do 10 burpees, 10 Bonnie Blairs (jump lunges) and 10 Big Boi situps.

Broad Jump 10 yards, do 10 burpees, 10 Bonnie Blairs (jump lunges) and 10 Big Boi situps.

Broad Jump 10 yards, do 10 burpees, 10 Bonnie Blairs (jump lunges) and 10 Big Boi situps.

Line back up for sprints back and forth accross the LFC lot, decreasing by 10 less yards each other sprint.

Backpedal and backwards bunny hop down the back row of the LFC lot
