13 Pax made it out to an old school beat down while the rain was coming down as the alarms were going off. The toughest of all the Isotope Westside men fought through the fart sack thoughts in their head and were rewarded when the rain stopped as we begun. My goal was 45 min of consistent movement, and no Mobility Moments like we used to do. I also figured the more we move the mumblechatter couldn’t grow as they would be gasping for breathes.
