First round we did as a group. Then we partnered up for rounds 2 & 3

Station 1

  • 20 Merkins
  • 20 Curls with blocks
  • 20 Shoulder Press with blocks

 

Skipped to next station (Skipping is not easy)

Station 2

  • 10 box jump
  • 20 high knee step up
  • 20 LBC

Jogged down to entrance  and then bear crawled to 2nd light post (playground)

Station 3

  • 10 Pull Ups
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 WW2 Situps

Quadraphilia down the parking lot back to station 1

Thanks for all that came and worked out. It is always great starting the week with a good sweat. 
We learned this weekend that anything is possible with the first 16 vs. 1 upset, history. If you believe and give it your all, then it is possible. Never Quit, Never Give Up!
