The Ladies Workout?

16 signed up for the ladies workout today, apparently.  (Ask if you must know)

After a dynamic warm-up, we grabbed the obligatory blocks and used them.

The Curl

Farmer’s carry / ‘Mericans AMRAP (swap and repeat)

We carried the blocks around and worked in some swings, squats, block ‘Mericans and curls.

Bunny hopped the steps with burpees at the top and curls at the bottom

Finished with 50 block press and then 15 burpees for the topper.

Stuff was said and some guys had fun. This is how it goes and that’s the entire story, trust me.
