The Thang
Burpees were promised and I don't know what happened but my shoulders were not feeling it this morning so we did a leg heavy workout as follows:
- Stations:
- ?Bottom of hill: 5 burpees
- Top of hill: 10 Jump Squats
- Movie Theater Awning: 10 Bonnie Blairs each leg
- Which Wich: 20 Calf Raises
- Bottom of other hill to greenway: 20 WW2's
- Basically a long suicide that created a lap/circle. Start at bottom of hill, run to top, doing exercies, run back to bottom, then back to top, then movie theater, and all the way back doing all the exercises anytime you passed a station. All those leg exercises really add up!
- Had to do the WW2's back at starbucks on the last round and I even was nice and omitted the last 5 burpees
- Nearly got 3 miles!
