The lull before the storm

Spreader kept his promise of keeping us dry, we grabbed a block, and we went under the swing by the track. 

He then lulled everybody into a sense of comfort before laying down the beatdown.

Everyone was instructed to do 4 burpees and then do a different exercise called by spreader for 12-20 repetitions. We continued to do burpees and a different exercise EMOM.

Somewhere during the workout Bunyan stated the workout should be named "Well Fargo you're doing great but we want more"

We did 124 burpees to be exact.

Conversation was good about hunting and hard work was put in by all.
